King David is a prime example for the believer. I look at his story for every facet of my walk. He has an evident life of G-d’s faithfulness, mercy and favor. There’s many examples in the bible but David can appeal to so many of us given his beginning, middle and end. He is a prime example of the fear of G-d as well.

His humble beginnings were shadowed in his latter as acknowledging G-d as His shepherd.
Adonai is my shepherd; I lack nothing. He has me lie down in grassy pastures, he leads me by quiet water, he restores my inner person. He guides me in right paths for the sake of his own name.
Tehillim (Psa) 23:1-3 CJB
He teaches me to take every progression as an opportunity to prepare experiencing it again on a different level and/or different perspective. Many will say David was a praying man. I think about how he was one of the Kings that didn’t need the prophets to be a mediator as He was constantly seeking G-d face.
But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the Lord hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the Lord hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the Lord commanded thee.
1 Samuel 13:14 KJV
David composed a majority of the psalms and not all are just of Praise but worry, doubt, fear all we experience. He teaches us that our union with G-d is to be reverence but it’s centered in love.
The verse of the overflowing cup exemplifies the favor David recognized from G-d. He shows that G-d can have a relationship with the imperfect as we learn about Beth-Sheba and G-d’s forgiveness afterwards. He was very humble acknowledging his sins and refraining from certain things viewing his unworthiness in view of G-d during his fall.
Could the grass pastures metaphor the places of serenity, blessings of mercy from enemies and families’ attempt on his life that David saw life out in front despite of all that he was experiencing?
The death ravines(valleys) couldn’t have been destitute and plush with green pasture right? So maybe in the Midst of his blessings he was momentarily under the shadow of death at different times but delivered and exalted in front of them. Saul and his sons tried to kill David but he was given favor, deliverance and exaltation.
Another example is Abraham. I just came across something:
So Avram went, as Adonai had said to him, and Lot went with him. Avram was 75 years old when he left Haran.
B’resheet (Gen) 12:4 CJB
When Avram was 99 years old Adonai appeared to Avram and said to him, “I am El Shaddai [God Almighty]. Walk in my presence and be pure-hearted.
B’resheet (Gen) 17:1 CJB
Avraham was one hundred years old when his son Yitz’chak [laughter] was born to him.
B’resheet (Gen) 21:5 CJB
This is how long Avraham lived: 175 years.
B’resheet (Gen) 25:7 CJB
99= Seal
100= G-d’s Election
In fact, he received circumcision as a sign, as a seal of the righteousness he had been credited with on the ground of the trust he had while he was still uncircumcised. This happened so that he could be the father of every uncircumcised person who trusts and thus has righteousness credited to him,
Romans (Rom) 4:11 CJB
I think about the riddle: What crawls on four in the morning, walks on two during the day and walks on three at night?
Abraham’s relationship started at an age of vulnerability and was lived an additional hundred (numerically: G-d’s Election). Thinking about G-d’s glory, Abraham’s account makes it comprehensive that G-d will do things that will be accredited to Him as the only reason it is possible.
Amazing Awe
Girl: Hey mom is having a baby.
Friend: Wait, who is she with?
Incoming MMS…

Friend:😂😂😂😂😂 Wow, really?
Yitz’chak – [laughter]
It’s funny for a bundle of reasons but one could be the impossibility…..that is G-d’s glory.
I think: Would this story come out the same way if Abraham was younger? In our weakness we see the power of G-d.
The other thing that came to me was how G-d made an example of His glory through Moses. Moses is an example of knowing G-d to follow as well. In a time were there was a god for every other thing, G-d interceeded inn His reveal to Moses just as He would make His glory revealed to others.
The angel of Adonai appeared to him in a fire blazing from the middle of a bush. He looked and saw that although the bush was flaming with fire, yet the bush was not being burned up.
Sh’mot (Exo) 3:2 CJB
Then, when I stretch out my hand over Egypt and bring the people of Isra’el out from among them, the Egyptians will know that I am Adonai . ”
Sh’mot (Exo) 7:5 CJB
He answered, “Tomorrow.” Moshe said, “It will be as you have said, and from this you will learn that Adonai our God has no equal. (v)
Sh’mot (Exo) 8:6 CJB
Then the magicians said to Pharaoh, “This is the finger of God.” But Pharaoh was made hardhearted, so that he didn’t listen to them, just as Adonai had said would happen.
Sh’mot (Exo) 8:15 CJB
so Adonai says, “This will let you know that I am Adonai ”: I will take the staff in my hand and strike the water in the river, and it will be turned into blood.
Sh’mot (Exo) 7:17 CJB
The Egyptians had a god that was believed to control/prevent/defend against every plague G-d brought. At first the plagues sound terrifying but they were brought to show Who really has Dominion. The Truth of this Dominion was G-d receiving glory seeing that the only way for this to happen was because He is the great I AM.
He revealed that He is G-d Almighty to Abraham….The Great I Am to Moses and the relationship shadowed it.
14= Deliverance and Salvation
Adonai will do battle for you. Just calm yourselves down!”
Sh’mot (Exo) 14:14 CJB
Moses knew Who the true G-d was and his zeal was put to the test with the Israelites in the desert.
The gift of manna and quail, the plagues in Egypt, the splitting of the Red Sea and the cloud that hovered over them was not enough for them to understand that G-d was present with them resulting in the creation of the Golden calf in Moses’ absence. Yet, Moses remained faithful to G-d and His calling. He is a great example for anyone stepping into leadership.
The Best Example for Us that is the best to copy is the incarnate copy of G-d Himself…Christ. To ease the hearts of worry in abandonment He is given many names to comfort us, most known Immanuel (G-d with Us). He reaffirms us of G-d’s glory in a short sentence.
He said, “What is impossible humanly is possible with God.”
Luke (Luk) 18:27 CJB
This is a true statement with evidence as explained before with Abraham.
Christ gives us the greatest example to follow, Love. His time on earth was a reflection/reverb of what G-d wanted us to know.
“For God so loved the world that he gave his only and unique Son, so that everyone who trusts in him may have eternal life, instead of being utterly destroyed.
Yochanan (Jhn) 3:16 CJB
We become like babes
sheep…followers kindled with the fear of G-d, a reunion to G-d, and a Comfort (G-d’s Spirit) to shadow the relationships G-d with the patriarchs of our faith.
but he told me, “My grace is enough for you, for my power is brought to perfection in weakness.” Therefore, I am very happy to boast about my weaknesses, in order that the Messiah’s power will rest upon me.
2 Corinthians (2 Co) 12:9 CJB
Like we finally understand and admit that rules and regulations meant to set us right in standing with G-d isn’t possible only what was there in the Father of us all, Faith!
As time goes on the numbers increase following these examples as soon they all lead to the same destination, Christ!
