(Jeremiah 31:3-4 CJB) What could be the reason for the distance between God and man? God says He loves us with an everlasting love and its the reason for drawing us to Him by grace. (Isaiah 59:1-2 CJB) Sinful nature could be the reason for the difference spoken of when (Isaiah 59:1- 2 CJB) mentions how G-d’s ear aren’t too heavy nor his arms too short but the sinful nature of man is the reason of the distance between man and God.
John 3:16 mentions God loves mankind has offered as an atonement for mankind’s sin, His only begotten Son. He sent his son not to condemn the world but to save them. This is a manifestation of his grace and how G-d draws mankind back to himself. (Romans 2:11 CJB) Paul’s mention of G-d’s impartiality sheads light that God’s promises of before in Jeremiah and Isaiah is meant for everyone. From who G-d loves, desires to rebuild and draw near to Him is everyone who puts their trust in His only begotten Son Yeshua. Yeshua mentions that He is the Way, the Truth and the Life sufficee to be the mediator between man and God. You are Loved Indeed!!!
