Its a longing desire for some to hear from the Lord. If they received some correspondence from G-d they may begin to adhere to Him and allow their lives to be molded according to His will. What a blessing to be in the land of the living at this time when G-d is willing and able to show Himself to His people without risking them death (Exodus 19:12; Joel 2:28). We have access to G-d through Christ (John 14:6) and we can receive a word from G-d. But if you’re not in His word (reading, learning, studying) how will you know if the word you received is from G-d?
The enemy is a mocker and imitator of G-d and will try to deceive you so we must know the word for ourselves and decipher what’s G-d’s will for us and when we receive word we could discern what’s from G-d and what’s not.
Ask G-d to show you His truth always. Let Him reveal Himself to you like no other. Desire a relationship with Him like no other. Remember, relationship over religion. You are loved, indeed.
May G-d, the source of hope fill you completely with joy and shalom as you continue trusting, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may overflow with hope. I give thanks to Adonai with all my heart, I will tell about your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and exult in you. I will sing praises to your name, G-d. Adonai! Our L-rd! How glorious is your name throughout the earth! The fame of your majesty spreads even above the heavens! Goodness and grace will pursue me everyday of my life, and I will live in the house of Adonai for years and years to come.
