Thinking back on the relationships G-d has had with our ancestors the one thing that amazes me is the beauty of the journeys. Their journeys were one of trust. Abraham was trusting G-d to be a father of many nations; Moses, the freedom of Israel and entry to the land of milk and honey.
We are given the promise of everlasting life with the opportunity to have a relationship with G-d. The relationship is the journey and as we go through the relationship we come to new horizons of understanding G-d and ourselves. In the past, G-d has shown to have us trust beyond our capabilities like He done with Abraham. The journey is beautiful as we become closer and trusting G-d more than before.
May G-d, the source of hope fill you completely with joy and shalom as you continue trusting, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may overflow with hope.
I give thanks to Adonai with all my heart, I will tell about your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and exult in you. I will sing praises to your name, G-d. Adonai! Our L-rd! How glorious is your name throughout the earth! The fame of your majesty spreads even above the heavens!
Goodness and grace will pursue me everyday of my life, and I will live in the house of Adonai for years and years to come.
